What we collect
When you sign up for Miami pop-up alerts, we collect the email address you provide, the categories and neighborhoods you choose, the time and source of your consent, and technical signals used only for abuse prevention (hashed IP and user agent). We do not sell subscriber lists.
How we use it
We use your email to send a confirmation message, a welcome message after you confirm, and marketing alerts about verified upcoming Miami-Dade pop-ups that match your preferences. We use double opt-in: we do not send alert emails until you confirm.
What we do not do
We do not import Shopify customer emails or other third-party lists into Mabel Says marketing without verified permission for this brand. We do not publicly display subscriber email addresses.
Unsubscribe
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also manage preferences or unsubscribe from the private link in your welcome email. We honor unsubscribe and bounce suppressions promptly.
